Noble’s Sean Glynn Discusses First-Dose Confidence and Adherence in Pharmaceutical Executive Podcast
Noble’s Director of Patient Engagement Services, Sean Glynn, recently appeared on a Pharmaceutical Executive podcast to discuss the role of first-dose experiences in patient adherence and persistence for self-injectable therapies.
The podcast, titled “The First Dose Is Everything: Improving Adherence and Persistence with Noble SureStartRx™,” examines how early confidence-building interventions can help address therapy non-initiation and early discontinuation. Glynn outlines why the start of treatment represents a critical inflection point for patient success and long-term outcomes.
During the discussion, Glynn notes that despite advances in drug delivery technologies, many patients continue to experience uncertainty and anxiety prior to their first self-injection. This lack of preparedness can result in delayed starts or early abandonment before traditional adherence programs have an opportunity to intervene.

Through remote demonstration kits distributed via specialty pharmacies, patients are able to practice injection technique with realistic training devices before administering medication.
