When patients receive their medication, it comes with Instructions for Use (IFU) that walk the patient through the proper injection steps. Noble develops training IFUs that are similar to the actual drug delivery device’s IFU, but specifically designed for training devices. The training IFU guides patients through a proper administration simulation prior to the patient using the real device. IFUs are used to increase the training device and patient practice effectiveness and are developed based upon human factors including user-friendly literacy-level messaging, multiple language options and simple step-by-step instructions.
