Tim McLeroy is an industry pioneer with a groundbreaking career in product development and marketing for global pharmaceutical brands
ORLANDO, Fla. (June 24, 2020) – Noble, an Aptar Pharma company, has appointed accomplished industry veteran Tim McLeroy to its leadership team as executive director of marketing & patient services. McLeroy has led many innovative product development and marketing initiatives for global pharmaceutical brands. His role at Noble will include the development and execution of product and service launch initiatives and directing Noble’s communications strategies.
McLeroy comes to Noble with 25 years of medical and pharmaceutical experience. Most recently, he led the Nayzilam launch for UCB’s U.S. Neurology Patient Value Unit, developing global pre-launch and launch marketing strategies for the first major treatment development for patients with seizure clusters in more than two decades. This included a focus on patient experience and services, such as payor support and product training, along with direct work with patient advocacy groups.  He also served as the stakeholder execution lead for UCB’s immunology business in the U.S. with work in biosimilar strategy.
Notably, McLeroy’s career includes his work on the development and launch of the HUMIRA Talking Training Pen for Abbott’s researched-based global biopharmaceutical company AbbVie. As senior manager of commercial development/US Immunology, he was the co-inventor and patent holder for an automatic injection training device and led the patient-centric redesign of HUMIRA Pen primary packaging.
“Tim’s immense product development and sales expertise combined with his recent focus on the customer experience and how it relates to adherence and compliance makes him a powerful asset for our company and the partners who work with us,” said Noble President Jeff Baker.
McLeroy holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas.
